“I called REV for an after-hours emergency at one of my properties after contacting a few other companies and not getting anywhere. I was shocked when someone actually picked up the phone as everywhere else was an overnight recording. Despite not (yet) being a customer, they offered to send a technician to my property right away to stop the alarms and try to figure out what the problem was. The technician called me when he arrived (not even 90 min later) and was able to find and replace a broken pull station within 30 minutes.

I received the bill today and the cost was much lower than everywhere else I had contacted - who never returned my call anyway. As a service-based business owner myself, I have very high standards that are often left unmet. But this business is a true gem that went above and beyond.
